Charissa and Joe. Married.
The Bride, JUST STUNNING!
A winter wonderland theme.
Charissa’s father is a firefighter. She sewed his patch on the inside of her wedding gown.
Key and locket tattoos with her sister. Love it!
Just a few minutes before she was about to walk to the man of her dreams.
Here comes the Bride.
In the most stunning sanctuary. They said, “I do”.
The way both of Joe’s hands are on hers. The way he is caressing her wrist. Hands, body language, speaks volumes. Speaks love.
It’s almost like Charissa is breathing it all in for the first time.
And then there’s this…
A wet and cold rainy wedding day.
But inside, it was a seriously a winter wonderland!
How clever. Sure beats a traditional place card.
If you’re not barefoot, you’re overdressed. Even in a wedding gown.
She walked out of the reception BAREFOOT. That’s when I knew we were destined to be friends FOREVER. Missy, you are AWESOME, and real and beautiful. Inside and out. I wish you both all of the happiness in the world.
A little behind the scenes with Crystal Jo Foto. Where all the FUN HAPPENS!
And groomsmen are always helpful.
Tasha, you are a ROCK STAR! Wind, rain, traffic, you got it all on your resume!
Nathan, from Prodigy Video. He’s a great friend of mine. And he lets me steal his lights. 🙂

Bride: Everything about that day just blew my mind! There was so much anticipation, but I think the best part of the day was waking up that morning and the sense of calm excitement that I felt…it was something I have never felt in my life! I was so ready and I just couldn’t wait to see him. When the church doors opened and I saw him immediately start crying, I knew it was real. Then later, there was a quick moment where the bridal party had all entered the reception and it was just he and I waiting to be announced and it was the most excited I have ever felt in my life. Finally, our first dance together…that was incredible. I literally just got lost in the moment. Those are the moments that stick out the most to me. I have never felt that kind of joy before! Groom: My most memorable moment on that magical day was when the church doors opened and I saw Charissa for the first time with her dad next to her. She brought tears to my eyes instantly. She looked gorgeous. I could not believe the moment was finally here.

Some fun facts about this good looking couple..
When and where is your wedding?
Our wedding is going to be on 10-2-15 at Pinnacle Golf Club in Grove City, Ohio.
How did you meet?
Jenn: Eli’s wonderful sister, Meghen, set us up! I worked with Meghen at a hospital in New Jersey and she introduced us at a birthday dinner for a friend at work. We hit it off and he asked me out on an official date. He took me to Cuba Libre in Philadelphia on our first date. I remember being so nervous!! I think he was nervous too (although he will never admit it!). We didn’t want the night to end so we went for drinks at a nearby bar. The rest is history.
Eli: Jenn worked with my sister who introduced us one night at a get together.
Tell us about your proposal!
Jenn: We planned a 3-week vacation to Europe when I graduated from nursing school. Our second stop in the trip was Paris, which is my favorite city in the entire world. I had studied abroad in college in France and Eli knew that Paris was very special to me. One night, we decided to walk to the Eiffel Tower from our hotel, stopping by local grocery stores to grab snacks and a bottle of champagne. The Eiffel Tower has a beautiful lawn called the Champs de Mars right in front of it, where many people pack a picnic and wait for the Eiffel Tower to sparkle (it does this every hour for a couple minutes). I remember we found the perfect spot and Eli was being very stingy with the champagne. He didn’t want to refill my glass until the Eiffel Tower started to sparkle. I was confused by this but just let it go. Once the Eiffel Tower started to sparkle, he handed me another glass of champagne. It took me awhile to realize that there was a ring at the bottom of my glass. When I saw it, I immediately burst into tears. I was so surprised!! It was really the perfect engagement I could ever imagine. We spent the rest of our vacation as a newly engaged couple! Eli: Well, we had a trip planned to Europe and I figured where better than the Eiffel Tower. My plan was to sit in front of the Eiffel Tower at night with wine and wait for it to glow. At which time I would put the ring inside her wine glass before I gave it to her. However SOMEONE finished the wine too early and foiled my plans so we had to go back the following night. Things went smoothly the next night, she said YES.
What makes you guys unique?
Jenn: Our love to travel! We want to see the world. I am so excited for our many adventures to come.
Eli: Our ambition and love to travel the world.
What’s your favorite thing about your significant other?
Jenn: His sense of humor. He always knows how to make me smile when I’ve had a rough day at work. I also admire that he can find the good in any situation, he is such a hard-worker and he would do anything for his friends and family.
Eli: Her ability to connect with people.
How did you find Crystal Jo?
Crystal Jo is a close family friend. I could not imagine anyone else taking our engagement pictures! Her talent is truly unreal and her creativity knows no bounds! (Thanks Jenn! XO!)
