What was your most memorable part of the day?
Brittany: the most memorable part of the day would have to be trying to look at mike at the end of the aisle, but I was crying so I couldn’t see him.
Mike: the most memorable part of my day, would have to be dancing with my bride for the first time.
Favorite detail?
Brittany: my favorite detail would have to be the sign I made for my nephew to carry that read “uncle mike here comes your girl”
Mike: my favorite detail would have to be the sand ceremony.
Do you have any advice for future Bride and Groom’s?
Brittany: my advice would be to hire a videographer. The day seriously goes so fast!
Mike: enjoy every second… It goes fast
Would you change anything about your wedding day?
Brittany: I don’t think I would change a thing! It was all so perfect!
Mike: I wish I could have talked to more people.
Where was your honeymoon?
We went to st. Lucia! Coconut bay! Everyone should go here!
How was your experience with Crystal Jo?
Our experience with Crystal Jo was great, as always! Our favorite memory is trying to take pictures from the second floor window and her being a mime trying to tell us what to do!
Adeline. 7 Months.
She’s an angel baby. You’ll see…
And she even got to play with Pix and Lucy. 🙂 I adore you, Adeline. So honored to watch you grow. XO!
Mila. 6 Months.
The sweetest smile…
Cute family, huh? They are even cuter in person!
Behind the scenes with Crystal Jo Foto. Lots of fun making a sunroom into a little studio. Lots of fun and snuggles happening here. And headband changes. Those are necessary too.
Cara and Joe. Married.
It was a stunning day with wispy wind gusts and lots of happiness. Cara and Joe, in front of all of their smiling loved ones, said two of the most important words of their lives. I do.
Be-YOU-ti-FULL, Cara!
I love children. Their adorable closed-eyed-big-smiley faces. Look..
(P.S…The Westin could not be a prettier location to get married. So very elegant!)
Cara, I think this may just be my ALL-TIME-FAVORITE-WEDDING-GOWN. No joke.
My wedding day favorite photo…

My heart really skipped a beat when I saw this photo on the right. True love right there!
Details. All just GORG!
Cake smash. I love a REALLY GOOD ONE, like this.
The ambient light in this ballroom is just amazing. It really sets the entire mood. Elegant and stunning. And then add pretty music and some swaying and pretty people. Sigh.
Cheers!

The Crawford Family.
Count the kids. FIVE! Holy moly! And 3 of them are 3 years old. That’s right, friends, triplets!
Avery was a little model, loving every second of the camera attention. The two little girls, Maddie and Mallory, they adore each other. And that Mason right there, he thinks my feet stink. Hehehe.Talk about energy! My session fave…
A Momma with her babes. How awesome?!Future heartbreaker, right here. My Lucy was at the ordering session when this Momma just wanted to hold and love on here. She’s smitten for the babies and I can only imagine what it was like having three little newborns. Three little one year olds. At one point she looked down at my Lucy and said, “Our Mason is a handsome little guy. And we are raising him to be a good man.” That, my friends, is an awesome statement. We should all be raising our littles to be good people but I just thought it was so terrific that Michelle verbally said this and didn’t just think it. XO, Michelle!
The “finding out you were having triplets” has truly changed our lives in so many way, I could talk about it forever. Believe it or not, when Kevin and I got married (9 years ago) we were not going to have any more kids. Just Andrew who was 7 when we started dating and 9 when we got married.
What was your reaction when you found out you were having triplets?
My reaction to finding out we were having triplets…..terrified. How? What? Really? I really think I felt time stop. There hasn’t been much in life that I didn’t feel like I couldn’t make my way through, but this, this was overwhelming. Fear, of what this was going to be like for our other two children. If all three babies were going to make it. The five weeks after finding out were the most difficult. But after the all the testing and morning sickness we found out we were going to have a boy and two girls! Three amazing blessings at the same time.
What is a typical day like in your household?
A typical day at our house I would describe as organized chaos. I really like to keep the littles on a schedule and keep things….in their place but they usually have other plans (most days, I win). We are lucky enough that our kids get to spend about everyday at home with one of us. No matter how crazy our days gets, the one thing we do everyday, no matter what is, have dinner together. We almost always cook dinner at home or order in, but on occasion we all go out. The littles do great. But we attract a lot of attention which makes going anywhere take 100 times longer than it should. The littles have gotten so use to people stopping us and talking to us that if someone doesn’t then they usually ask them “what’s your name” or just say “hi” to people as they walk by.
Do the triplets share a room? Do YOU ever sleep?
The triplets do share a room. Sometimes Mason complains about it (already). He says the girls talk to much and wake him up. They all have their own twin bed and night stand. Plus there is a “store” in there. There is also a rocking recliner in there that one of us sits at night and nap time until the babies fall sleep everyday! Once all the littles are asleep for the night the fun begins. We clean the house every night to get ready for the next day. Get the laundry going, start the dishwasher, pick up ALL the toys, sweep the floors…if there’s time I sleep 😉
Is it getting easier or harder as the littles get older?Everybody always said it gets easier as they get bigger, or oh it’s gotta be easier now that they bigger. Not true, in anyway! From the triplets to my oldest it gets harder. The triplets were easier until they were about 2. They all needed about the same thing at the same time, Avery included. Then Avery started school and had her thing going on. Once Avery was at school the babies started playing on their own a bit and were now three little people marching around doing three different things. They no longer wanted the same snack or drink, they wanted their own thing too! Which is what we always wanted with the triplets, is for them to not just be the triplets. We want them to be their own people, and they are, we just didn’t think it would happen so quick. And now as we prepare for Andrew to set sail on his dreams in 3 1/2 weeks for the Air Force, I think it’s even harder to watch them leave. I’ll tell ya, we have been blessed with five incredible children and the pictures have captured their personalities spot on.
The Annen Family just moved into their new house. Look how pretty…
Congrats, friends!
Fernanda. Quinceanera.
Quinceanera is the celebration of a girl’s fifteenth birthday in parts in communities of people from Latin America. This birthday is celebrated differently from any other as it marks the transition from childhood to young womanhood. She’s beautiful and sweet. And just LOOK AT THIS DRESS…
Fernanda plays soccer. How cute is this…
Pixie’s First Day of Preschool.
The first day of school outfit was always the biggest deal when I grew up. So I want to make this fun for her too. Picking out something that shows her little personality. Okay, she may be a little young to pick out something that doesn’t have a character on it. So this may be Momma’s style too….but just look how cute she is in cowgirl boots. And the denim shirt, yes please! Loose curls and she has me at HELLO!
Do you remember your first day of school outfits? How excited you were for the new backpack? How you felt posing for your FIRST photo of that next grade. I do. And making a big deal out of it really does make ya feel special.
Here’s this special gem on her first day of preschool…
Pixie is 3.5 years old. She started school at the end of the school year last year. So she is kind of a seasoned vet at this preschool thing. Which made Momma feel a lot more comfortable. And made her a TON MORE EXCITED! She’s been asking for “school shows” all day. Daniel Tiger… “the school one”. Caillou.. “the school one”. She’s REALLY fun at this age. So innocent. So affectionate. So smart. She’s going to really shine, I just know it. Good luck, baby girl. XO!
Lucy Goose, don’t grow too quick baby girl. You’ll be in school soon enough. For now, let’s squeeze you tight and wave goodbye to sissy.
Denise and Phil. Married.
Denise wanted a photo of her daughter in her wedding gown. Priceless!
And her youngest daughter here, in Momma’s high heels. Divas!
The First Look.
Their children. Their life. Now ALL complete with rings and vows and pretty pictures. 🙂
I’ve NEVER seen bridesmaids in white. AND JUST LOOK AT THEIR GOWNS!!! So elegant!

STUNNING, DENISE. INSIDE AND OUT!
Location… Atwood Lake Resort a couple of hours from Columbus. BEAUTIFUL!
Her brothers at the end of the aisle waiting for her.
And her brother built the trellis they married under.
Denise’s bridesmaid did ALL of the decorating and this is Denise when she first saw her masterpiece.
The cake was made to replicate the groom’s Tiffany ring.
The reception decoration. TO DIE FOR!
You guys, check out the little guy sneaking a peek! HA!
Notice anything different about Denise’s dress? That’s right! The bottom piece came off and WAAHHH-LAH, short party dress.
Boys will be boys. Congrats Phil, you have yourself a real prize in Denise!
Two different angles taken minutes apart. Cotton candy sky.
Behind the scenes with Crystal Jo Foto. We roamed the halls of the resort to find a cool location for Denise to put on her wedding dress. We found this space right here. Cool brick wall, cool angles. Right on.
MY GIRL! Geez, I LOVE HER!
I look SO WHITTLE next to these guys. If anyone ever needs a groomsmen, I can surely step in. 🙂
I spy Ana.
Groom’s father. My buddy!
Ana is moving to Arkansas in a few weeks. I’m still in denial and I can’t even explain how much I will miss her. I can’t even talk about it!
I met Denise through this lady right here. Sarah and I have been dear friends since we were little. She now lives in Florida and I miss her SO. P.S. – Ana, look at all of the gear I’m holding. WHAT-KIND-OF-ASSISTANT-ARE-YOU?! Ha!

What was the most memorable moment of your day?
Bride: Can you say “Pimp Pockets?!?!?” LOL!
I actually have two….. Our wedding date is a very significant day to me as it was the date of birth for my childhood and life-long friend, Ashley Young who passed away last September. It rained off and on all morning. It was even raining just moments before I walked down the aisle. People who traveled up that day talked about all the storms they went through to get there so we were just sure we were going to get doused. But we were determined to have our ceremony outside. I recall as I watched our bridal party walk down the aisle dark clouds covered the sky. At the beginning of the ceremony my uncle the minister gave recognition to the significance of the date of our wedding and to loved ones that were no longer with us. Instantly the clouds rolled away and the sky suddenly became clear. The sun shined brighter than I have ever seen. I instantly got cold chills. I simply can’t explain just how emotional and powerful that moment truly was. I truly believe at that very moment my dear friend was looking down on me showing me she wasn’t going to miss my “big day” nor was she going to let it “rain” on my parade, pun intended!!!
My second most memorable moment was our first dance. In the 7 years that Phil and I have been together we had actually never danced together up until that point. Our first dance was literally our first dance, which made that moment even more special for the both of us.
What was your favorite detail?
Bride: Our wedding was all about the details. It all came together so beautifully I can’t name just one…..from my pink butterfly brooch on my bouquet (in honor of my BFF who loved butterflies and her favor color pink), the Arbor which my older brother Alonzo hand made as a gift, the gorgeous flower back- drop behind the head table that my cousin Alethea created with the help of my bridesmaids and family, lastly the crowd favorite…………..our daughters or should I say DIVAS’ “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” complete ensemble head to toe!
Groom: Normally, I am a very detailed person that is borderline obsessive with the small things but once everything got under way I could not focus on any one detail because everything just ended up being so great as a whole that all the details blended together.
Any advice for future bride/grooms?
Bride: Don’t stress about making sure you spend enough time with each of your guests, there’s simply just not enough time. Just relax and soak it all in and enjoy each moment exactly how you are living it. Your guests will not hold it against you, trust me. When we started planning our wedding it was important to us to spend as much time with our guests as possible so we made our wedding a weekend affair and catered to our guests. All our guests were invited to the rehearsal dinner and we even hosted Sunday brunch for our guests the morning after. Even with all that time to share with our family and friends we still felt like we didn’t get to spend enough time with each of them.
Groom: Book your venue early and get EVERYTHING in writing.
If you could do it all over, would you change anything?
Bride: Hire Crystal Jo Foto to take family photos the day before our wedding. Our families are scattered around all over varies states. It would have been nice to have family portraits with extended family while we were all in one spot especially since we don’t get to see each other often.
Groom: There was a communication error with hotel accommodations but Atwood Lake Resort did cover the cost of displaced guests to stay at another hotel. This is the one thing I would change since our intent was to have everyone stay together the entire weekend.
Where did you go on your honeymoon?
Bride/Groom: Haven’t gone yet, but planning a Disney Cruise with our little girls.
How was your experience with Crystal Jo Foto? If you have a favorite memory with her, please share it.
Bride: Absolutely amazing!! The pictures just speak for themselves. My daughter Ava simply fell in love with Crystal, in fact she insisted on riding in the car with her. We look forward to working with her in the future.
Groom: Crystal Jo Foto was simply outstanding. The pictures she took for our wedding slideshow blew us away.
Charlotte. 1 Year Big.
She doesn’t like to stand. Which is actually quite convenient when trying to photograph a one year old! She does like to crawl, but it’s more of a one-legged-knee-scoot. Cute family ALERT!
Be happy. How could you not be with this smile!?!
I adore you, little Charlotte. XO!
Some fun facts about this living doll…
What is your favorite memory during her first year of life?
When Charlotte was 2-6 months I’d put her on the kitchen island while I made dinner. We’d play music and I’d have a glass of wine. It was such a fun time together and I looked forward to it every night.
Do you have a funny story or something that happened in her first year that you’d like to share?
We laugh about Charlotte’s crawl often- it’s a one-legged scoot. She speeds around on one knee and one foot.
What age/month has been your favorite and why?
I’m enjoying the age she is now. It’s fun to watch her play and learn new things.
One word to describe your baby is…
Sweet

Animal: her pet cats and dog
